Approached by a builder in the Berkshires, we undertook the development of a model home with replicability across various sites. Our solution was a series of modular box-like elements that can be prefabricated and reconfigured on multiple locations.

The simple yet versatile construction allows for unique indoor/outdoor covered spaces, adaptable to all seasons. As responsible for the design and development, our team navigated the rigorous value engineering process to accommodate the project's steep budgetary constraints, ensuring feasibility for replication in other locations.
