neighbor was approached by a team near the Finger Lakes to envision a mixed-use community for full-time and vacation residents. Through extensive feasibility studies and planning exercises, we developed a cost-effective and replicable set of components that can be adapted to the site's mixed terrain.

Currently, in schematic development, our focus is on refining the design to create a harmonious community that caters to diverse needs while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
