neighbor joined forces with a development group in a quaint village in Upstate New York to conceptualize a sophisticated, boutique hotel that would complement a newly developed event space within the same locale. Together, we co-developed and designed the building with careful consideration.

The building's design features terraced levels, strategically planned to offer all hotel guestrooms unobstructed access to the breathtaking panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains and the surrounding landscape. This intentional design ensures that every guest can fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area. Our partnership aimed to create a high-end hotel that seamlessly integrates with the charming village ambiance, providing guests with a memorable and captivating experience.
