neighbor was approached by a building owner who owned a complex interconnected warehouse in an industrial area of New York City. The owner sought to transform the space into a lucrative income-generating asset but required guidance on the best utilization of the property.
We collaborated closely, identifying and underwriting various development schemes, meticulously designing specific interventions, and implementing an assertive predevelopment strategy to secure project funding. Currently, the project remains in the predevelopment phase as we continue working towards its realization.
