Upon being approached by a local healthcare provider in the New York City metro area, neighbor undertook a comprehensive feasibility study for their potential expansion. Through the study, we identified several viable sites for our partner. Subsequently, we collaborated with our partner to acquire, develop, and design their new healthcare center and administrative office.



The design concept incorporates stacked volumes and a cantilevered section, ensuring clear programmatic legibility between the healthcare center and offices from the exterior. We worked closely with our partner's in-house planning team to create two distinct entrances to the building, catering to patients and staff/administrative workers separately. The result is a thoughtfully designed facility that meets the specific needs of each user group.
